Shipping policy

We are located in Townsville, Queensland Australia. 

All products are handmade and some items needs to be made to order.

Please allow 3-4 days for your product to be shipped. A tracking number will be provided once the item is ready to be shipped. Please check your email for tracking information. 

Please Note:

  • Dainty Luxe is not responsible for delays, lost, or damaged mail. We highly recommend selecting tracked shipping at checkout to ensure your order can be traced and covered in case of issues.

  • Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you need to make changes, contact us as soon as possible. Unfortunately, once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make address changes.

  • Some orders may include complimentary freebies — just a little thank-you from us to you!

  • Shipping estimates are based on dispatch date, not the date your order is placed.

  • Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

  • International customers: Customs fees or import taxes may apply upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are outside of Dainty Luxe’s control.
